Welcome to the accreditation application process! Below, you'll find a step-by-step guide to help you navigate through the application stages. Follow each step carefully to ensure a smooth and successful application.

Step 1: Create a Profile Draft

Start by creating a draft of your application profile. This is where you provide basic information about your institution, program, and other required details. You can save your progress and come back to it later.

Status: Draft

Step 2: Submit Your Profile

Once your profile is complete, submit it for review. Our team will evaluate your profile to ensure it meets the initial requirements.

Status: Profile Submitted

Possible Outcomes:

  • Approved: Your profile is accepted, and you can proceed to the document submission phase.
  • Revision Requested: You may need to make changes to your profile and resubmit it.
  • Rejected: Your profile does not meet the requirements, and the process ends here.
Step 3: Submit Required Documents

If your profile is approved, you will need to upload all required documents, such as delegation letters, application forms, and other supporting materials.

Status: Documents Submitted

Note: Ensure all documents are complete and accurate before submission.

Step 4: Desk Review

Our desk review team will evaluate your submitted documents. This phase ensures that all materials meet the accreditation standards.

Status: Desk Review

Possible Outcomes:

  • Approved: Your application moves to the next phase (Team of Assessors review).
  • Revision Requested: You may need to provide additional information or revise your documents.
  • Rejected: Your application does not meet the required standards, and the process ends here.
Step 5: Team of Assessors (TOA) Review

The Team of Assessors will conduct a thorough review of your application. This may include multiple rounds of evaluation.

Status: TOA Review

Possible Outcomes:

  • First Round Approved: Your application moves to the second round of review.
  • Second Round Approved: Your application is forwarded for final decision.
Step 6: Final Decision

Based on the reviews, a final decision will be made regarding your application.

Status: Final Decision

Possible Outcomes:

  • Fully Accredited: Your application is approved, and your program is fully accredited.
  • Conditionally Accredited: Your application is approved with specific conditions that must be met.
  • Rejected: Your application does not meet the required standards, and the process ends here.
